  • The Solo Edition is designed for doulas working independently and focuses on income, expenses, retainers, and yearly financial clarity. The Agency Edition includes everything in the Solo Edition plus additional tools for tracking contract labor costs, agency fees, and supporting growth.

  • Yes. The Agency Edition includes all features of the Solo Edition, plus additional structure for tracking contract labor costs and agency fees. Solo doulas who plan to grow may choose the Agency Edition and use the extra features when needed.

  • Yes. If you purchase the Solo Edition and decide to move to the Agency Edition within 12 months, you may upgrade for $50. After 12 months, the Agency Edition is available at full price. Upgrade access is provided once and is intended for use by the same business only.

  • No. Each purchase of DoulaBooks includes a single-business license. The system may not be shared, copied, or used by multiple businesses, including friends, colleagues, or partner agencies. Each business must purchase its own copy.

  • By purchasing and using DoulaBooks, you agree to the following terms:
