Getting started is simple. Families can begin with a free discovery call, secure their spot with a retainer, and adjust schedules as their needs change. These FAQs walk you through booking step by step so you know exactly what to expect.

Though we do highly encourage booking early as spaces fill quickly, it is never too late to inquire and enroll for postpartum support. Ideally, by your second trimester is recommended to secure availability, especially for overnight or twin care.

Absolutely. Matching families with the right doula is one of our top priorities. After your initial consultation, we’ll introduce you to the doula (or doulas) best suited to your family’s needs. You’ll have the opportunity to connect, ask questions, and make sure it feels like the right fit before moving forward. Our goal is for you to feel completely confident and comfortable with the person supporting you during this special time.

Yes—
Daytime: 4 hours, 8a-12p or 2p-6p
Late- Night: 8 hours, 6p-2a
Overnight: Min 8 hours- Max 10. Between 8-10p start to 5-7a end.
All types of support require at least 2 nights per week for consistency, and a min of 4 weeks commitment.

Yes, a signed agreement and retainer secure your doula on our schedule.
