Postpartum Doula Support
For Massachusetts & Rhode Island
Daytime
Someone to hold the baby while you nap, shower, or eat a meal with both hands. Daytime doulas help with feeding, newborn care, light household tasks and simple meal prep. It’s also a great time for hands-on learning, a walk outside, or catching up on your favorite show. (Or gossiping about the latest episode together. No judgment.)

Late Night
Evenings are a lot, especially with an older little one at home. From 6pm to 2am, a late night doula takes care of the baby through the “witching hours” and 2 to 3 feeds, so you can handle dinner, bath and bedtime (and maybe even eat). Then you head to bed early and get real sleep before the 2am handoff.
Overnight
An overnight doula supports the baby AND you: diapers, soothing and feeds (or bringing baby to you to nurse, water for you in hand). Pumping? They’ll take care of the milk so you can get right back to sleep. They check in on how you’re feeling, body and mood, and tuck your house in for the night. You wake up rested, with a house ready to face the day.
