Hi, I’m Stephanie!

Babies have always been my happy place. I spent almost a decade working in childcare centers and as a nanny, so when my son, Xander, was born in 2023, I thought I knew what to expect. Becoming a mom brought some of the most amazing highs of my life. It also brought lows I wasn’t prepared for: breastfeeding struggles, my own mental health challenges, and caring for a baby with complex medical needs.

Those early months changed me. They showed me how much new parents need someone steady in their corner, and they inspired me to offer families a deeper level of support. I became a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula, and I absolutely love helping families find their footing as they settle into life with their new baby.

I have a special soft spot for first-time parents and for families welcoming twins and multiples. Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or doing a little of both, I’m here to help feeding feel calmer and more doable. I also love gentle sleep shaping from the very beginning, supporting your postpartum recovery, and looking out for your mental health, because how you’re doing matters just as much as how your baby is doing.

What Support With Me Looks Like

I offer overnight support, and I bring a calm, evidence-based, judgment-free approach that fits your family’s needs and routines.

Every night starts with a check-in. We’ll talk about how your baby is doing and how YOU are doing, then set our goals for the night. Maybe that’s breastfeeding support, bottle feeding, baby’s laundry, or washing bottles and pump parts. Whatever your baby needs, we’ll make a plan.

Once you head to bed, I handle all the diapering, burping, bottle feeding (if that’s part of your plan), and soothing through the night. If you’re breastfeeding, I’ll bring your baby to you when they’re hungry. I log every feeding, diaper, and little detail, and send you my notes each morning before I leave, so you wake up rested and fully in the loop.

Families often describe me as calm, nurturing, detail-oriented, caring, and kind.

A Little About Me

When I’m not with families, you’ll find me with my husband, Mike, our son, Xander, and our three-legged dog, Mona. We love being outside together, making music, creating art, and playing video games. I also play the flute, and I’m at my happiest at the beach, watching a good musical, or hunting for treasures at thrift stores.

Parent Testimonial

“I know it’s hard for us women to ask for help, as it was for me postpartum. However, Stephanie would come in and offer to do things, which made it a lot easier to accept the help. She took initiative and she was so gentle and kind with my baby. She reminded me of the nurses in the mother/baby unit at the hospital, having that natural gentleness about her. I felt confident my baby was in good care while with her. She also taught me some techniques that I am still using now. She sets a bar for professionalism in this field and is so easy to talk to and work with. I highly recommend Stephanie for any mom looking for additional support during their postpartum journey.”

Stephanie supports families across Greater Boston, Middlesex County, and the North Shore (Essex County).
